Title IX Information

Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 is a federal law that states: "No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance."

TITLE IX INFORMATION The Clark County School District continues its ongoing commitment to ensure that the District’s programs, activities and services comply with Title IX of the Education Amendment of 1972 and to provide equal opportunity to students.

Specific concerns raised by employees, students, or parents regarding athletics or activities should be directed to Rancho High School, at 799-7000.

The Executive Director of Instructional Support and Student Activities at 799-8493 is available for concerns but must be addressed through the Parent Concern Form process.
