Please bring the following documentation with you to register:
NEW STUDENT TO CLARK COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT
- Birth certificate / Certificado de Nacimiento
- Immunization Record / Vacunas
- Proof of Address / Comprobante de Domicilio
- Identification (ID address must match Proof of Address)
- Custodial Papers (if applicable) / Papeles de Custodia
- Current IEP or 504 plan (if applicable)
STUDENT TRANSFER FROM ANOTHER CCSD SCHOOL
- Proof of Address
- Identification (ID address must match Proof of Address)
- Withdrawal paperwork from previous CCSD school
- Custodial Papers (if applicable)
